Sumac Grill at this hotel is a breakfast haven. I felt like a hungry bear about to hibernate, with their wide selection of freshly prepared breakfast dishes and a variety of fruit juices and hot beverages. It was an oasis for my growling stomach.
Plastic bottles and carton coffee mugs instead of reusable glass and crockery.

The divisible Ballroom was sick for our huge dance party, and the audio/visual equipment made us feel like rockstars. The hotel was super cool and modern, and the staff were hella friendly. It was an awesome vacation!
The only thing that could've been better is if they had a cooler hangout spot for young party-goers like us. Maybe a rooftop bar or a game room with a pool table.

The hotel is super easy to find with lots of parking spaces available. The internet works like a charm, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff is jaw-droppingly multilingual, professional, kind, and very polite. The location is mind-blowing, with a big mall and nearby shops within walking distance. Getting to the old town is a breeze with taxis or "dolmush" readily available. The rooms are great, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The size of the room is fair, and the chair and armchair were surprisingly comfortable. The fridge worked perfectly fine. The hotel offers a range of amenities including a bar/lounge area, restaurant, coffee shop, fitness center, indoor swimming pool. The flat-screen TV, kitchenette, refrigerator, and business center are also available for convenience. The express check-in/-out and VIP check-in/-out options make the stay even more convenient. The in-room breakfast and children's menu provide a delightful experience for guests. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and ensures a pet-free environment. The air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms adds to the comfort of the stay.

the location, near a big mall and shops, allowed us to easily access the old town with a quick taxi ride.
the semi-individual air conditioning/heating controls in the rooms were difficult to use and made the temperature not as cool as we would have liked.

The hotel offered a great variety of breakfast options and the rooms were clean and well-furnished. The hotel was located in a quiet area and had beautiful views of the surrounding area. the indoor pool and fitness center were a great plus.
The staff members were not very helpful and the service was slow. It was difficult to communicate with them due to a language barrier.
